CAIOPS is a consultancy and project management support agency specialising in complex property construction, renovation and planning operations.

CAIOPS assists public and private contracting authorities during the study and works phase, as well as across the entire spectrum of their operational needs: audits, development of master plans, planning and conducting operations, technical and architectural scheduling, construction economics, technical and financial management of contracts, implementation of operational tools and processes, management and coordination, commissioning, preparation of operations and safety commissions, acceptance of work, handover to the operator, strategic arbitrations, particularly in the specific context of high-rise buildings (IGH), public buildings (ERP), protected historic monuments (registered or classified as HMs) and classified environmental sites.
Thanks to its network of partners, CAIOPS is able to mobilise specialists and experts in the fields of fire safety, security, civil engineering, technical and computer infrastructures, telecommunications, acoustics, scenography, audio-visuals, heritage, archaeology, pyrotechnics, geotechnics, asbestos removal, pollution control and flow studies.
